In this Song Circle, we gather to reconnect with our ancestral voice. The one that lives beyond fear, beyond perfection, beyond judgment. Through guided breath, movement, and vocal activation, we gently open the body, relax the nervous system, and awaken the channel of expression within.
This is a space where you don’t have to “sound good.”
You simply have to be willing to feel.
